Special Solstice Energy:
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a sacred turning point when we honor the darkness, release the past, and welcome the return of the light.
In this special event, we'll begin with a ritual to welcome in the solstice and prepare for the Reiki Share. A supportive experience to give and receive Reiki in a guided, trauma-aware circle.
You'll experience energy flowing within and out of you, helping to release pent up stress.
We'll then clear the space and shift into the Mariposas Dance, a joyful, somatic practice that helps to release the emotional blocks that no longer serves you.
Then you'll have a chance to write out your intentions for next year and place them in the Reiki box or take them home.
We'll wrap up with a check in and give the opportunity to anyone who wants to share.
At the end of the event we're raffling off prizes AND give back (20% of all event proceeds goes to Global Empowerment Mission (GEM)
We believe healing should be accessible and sustainable.
